PharmCAP® is
firmly committed to respecting the privacy of our customers and members. Any information that we gather is protected
from misappropriation and misuse. PharmCAP® collects
certain types of user data for each customer
that signs in to use the PharmCAP® Program. Our
web server automatically recognizes the IP address, but does not gather
information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect no information on consumers who
browse our Website. The information we
collect is not shared with other organizations, outside of our affiliates, for
commercial purposes.
PharmCAP® utilizes passive
tracking mechanisms in the form of session "cookies". A cookie is a small data file that is stored
on the hard drive of the computer you use to view a website. Cookies created by
PharmCAP® are placed on the
user's computer and are accessible only by PharmCAP®. Cookies can contain pieces of information that

your benefits and other information in the browser. Once you logout, and/or close the browser, the

PharmCAP® uses your

your pharmacy. For example, if your
company uses the PharmCAP® Program, your
information is used to help you complete various compliance requirements. We may share your information with our
affiliated companies. We may also use
your information to deliver any newsletters which you and or/your company have
signed up for. If you supply us with your postal address
on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new
products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings,
please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address. Please provide us with your exact name and
address. We will be sure your name is removed from the list.

PharmCAP® uses security
technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from

provide using a 128-bit SSL certificate, firewalls and on computer systems with
limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. We protect information we store which we deem
to be highly confidential information through the use of encryption.
PharmCAP® maintains physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with industry standards and
applicable laws. We require our service
providers to follow these same safeguards to ensure that your information is
kept private and secure.

directly if there is a material change in our privacy practices. We will take commercially reasonable measures
to obtain written or active e-mail consent from the user if PharmCAP® is going to be using
